I had my beading class on Saturday night. Its taken me that long to recover from it! Seriously, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, and the Wicked Bead Lady did not yell at anyone like I feared. The style of the project isn't something that I typically go for, but the technique was interesting. As you can see, I'm still working on it.

This looks very complicated! Can't wait to see your progess on it. It's so pretty already!
Well, it's got texture, I'll give it that. Are you going to make it into something, or just a practice piece? I'm a bit intrigued.
I haven't decided what to do with it yet. I'm thinking Christmas present for Tami!

Maja,
The curl is from a bead workshop I took, and I don't have the pattern. Basically, you start with your smallest beads, do 3-5 rows, and work up to your largest beads, then work down to your smallest beads again. Repeat the whole thing again. If you look at my post where I had a pic of all the stuff I've been workingon, it has the curl at a more advanced stage. To finish it, sew a row of beads or crystals along the edge, and the instructor had a lampwork bead wired into the top to finish it. Hope that helped.
After 3 years i read your answer, thank u very much ;)
